Schedule Change Request Deadline

Reminder: The deadline to submit Schedule Change Requests is tomorrow, Monday, 5/11 at 11:59 PM. If a student would like to request a schedule change, please use the link or scan the QR code on the flyer to complete the Schedule Change Request Form.
Please note:
- Students must be logged into their CCS account to access and submit the form.
- Schedule change requests submitted by email will not be accepted.
- No late requests will be accepted after the deadline.
- Placeholders in periods 11/12 are used for 9th-grade students enrolled in yearlong courses. If you are a student in grades 10–12, this placeholder does not apply to your schedule and may be disregarded.
- Period codes are listed below for reference:
- 10 = 1st Period
- 11/12 = 1st Period yearlong course for 9th grade or a temporary scheduling marker
- 20 = 2nd Period
- 30 = 3rd Period
- 40 = 4th Period
