CCP/NCVPS Students: ANY student currently enrolled in OR any student requesting a schedule change to take a CCP or NCVPS course MUST SUBMIT THE VIRTUAL COURSE REQUEST FORM by October 25th.

It is our goal to help all students develop a schedule that supports their needs, interests, abilities and future plans. We want all students to be happy with their schedules, so sometimes schedule changes are necessary. However, it is important to know that this is a request and not a guarantee. Many factors impact the ability for a schedule change to be approved, such as: some classes may only be offered in certain semesters or certain blocks, classes may be at capacity already, etc. In fairness to all students, the following schedule change request policies must be followed:

No. We have over 1,700 students and cannot allow requests for teacher preferences.
Spring Semester- Once all schedule change requests have been procesed, students and families will be notified and will be able to see any reflected changes in Power School.
Fall Semester- You will receive a copy of your schedule at open house, where you will then see changes (if any) made to your schedule.
NO. Absolutely NO schedules changes are made after classes start, unless it is an administrative error.
Yes, complete the form to indicate what you would like to take. ALL students who are enrolled or hoping to take any virtual course will indicate their final selection Spring course(s) on the Virtual Course Request Form. See list of CCP courses and info here.
Seniors can opt to drop an elective course not needed for graduation and have a FLEX period with parent approval and if the schedule allows in 1st/4th block. See the FLEX info page here.
