RCCC Transcript - OFFICIAL Transcript Request

You will need to know your full RCCC ID# and be able to pay a fee of $8 per request.

  • Login to your RCCC Webadvisor account: 

  • Select: Students/Employees > WebAdvisor Login

  • Use your same login used for Blackboard

  • Select: Academics

  • Right-Click or Hover over Academics

  • Select Unofficial Transcript

SENIORS - END OF YEAR/FINAL TRANSCRIPTS

  • Seniors will need to complete the steps for requesting your OFFICIAL Transcript at the end of the year or after you have completed your last CCP course to be sent to your college to have a final evaluation of credits being transferred. 
  • Some colleges may require that you send your transcript from RCCC showing your dual enrollment courses and grades.  
  • In some cases, the "Unofficial" copy may be able to be used.  In other cases, you will need to request the formal or "Official"  version. Each college you are applying to should indicate if they would prefer an Unofficial or Official version.
