Prom Ticket Reservation 2024

The Prom ticket reservation form is now available to Juniors and Seniors. Leadership is tabling intermittently during all lunches to answer questions and help those who need assistance with the form. The form is also available on the Leadership Instagram (@coxmill_leadership) Linktree page to fill out and via a QR code in the front office. The form does not have a limit on entries but may only be filled out ONE time per Junior/Senior student and will close on February 23rd, 2024.

Only CMHS Juniors and Seniors may complete this form - underclassmen can only attend if invited and paid for by an upperclassman and parents are not granted access to the reservation form. 

After filling out the form, a payment request will be assigned to the K12 payment center (approximately 2 school days time between reservation and fee upload as each name has to be approved individually), named ¨Prom ticket-1” if only one ticket was reserved or ¨prom ticket-2¨ for those with an outside guest or paying for another CMHS student. Students can only reserve up to TWO tickets and can only fill out the form ONE time. If you are bringing an outside guest, they must have been approved by turning in the Outside Guest Form before January 26th, 2024. Per student, a ticket is $80. 

Students with existing fees in their K12 account will not be able to pay for their prom ticket and have been advised to pay those in advance to reserve a ticket as it delays the process. However, if they have existing fees and complete the reservation form, an email will be sent to their school Outlook email stating so and providing directions as to how to move forward and have their ticket fee added to their k12. This is also the case for students who are listed as additional guests¨ - another student cannot reserve a ticket for a student with a school fee - it will put both fees on hold until both students have a fee-cleared account.

The deadline to reserve the prom tickets is February 23rd, 2024 and the deadline to pay the fee k12 ticket charge is March 15th.
