Chromebook Collection Spring 2025

Student Chromebook Return Instructions. 

Who? All Students must turn in their school issued Chromebook and Charger for the Summer.

When? Turn in your chromebook after your last final exam to the Media Center. (example: you have a 3rd period exam but no fourth period exam, you should turn your device in after the exam on May 19) You must turn in the filled out Chromebook Return Slip with your Chromebook. If you did not get a return slip in your Homeroom on 4/30, see the front office to pick one up. This sheet is required. 

• Seniors who do not have final exams can turn theirs in May 12-14 to the Media Center after their last class of the day.
• Students who Flex or do not have final exams can come to school on exam days at 10 am and turn in their chromebook to the Media Center. YOU MUST ENTER AND EXIT THROUGH THE FRONT OFFICE.
  • May 12-14 Seniors only
  • May 15 - 1st Period exams
  • May 16- 2nd Period exams
  • May 19- 3rd Period Exams
  • May 20- 4th Period Exams
  • May 21- Makeup Exams (Only available from 8-11am)
  • May 22 - TWD (Only available from 8-11am)

For ALL Chromebook drop offs during these days, only the student should be dropping off the device with Ms. Marrara in the Media Center. Parents should not be entering the building to return a device unless the situation is pre arranged with Ms. Marrara. During the scheduled days listed above, students should not drop their device off to any other location than the Media Center so that their name can be checked off. If their device is left with a teacher or in the front office during the scheduled days, there is no guarantee that it will get to Ms. Marrara due to the business of the building with exams and graduation. Those staff members will not be accepting devices.

Requirements:

• Return Chromebook. ($250 fee if not returned)
• Returned school issued charger. ($40 fee if not returned) (photo of school issued chargers below)
• Removed all personal stickers except for the white, CCS Asset Tag and White CM Sticker on the front.($25 fee if stickers are not removed)
• No Damage (Powers on, Working Screen/Keyboard/Trackpad)($25 for Minor Damage, $75 for Major Damage)
• Seniors and Any student not returning to CCS* - Download all Google Drive and One Drive Documents you may need in the future. Access is removed May 25.
