The CCP program allows students to take college-level courses with FREE tuition. However, e-textbooks, access fees or other costs (technology fees, lab fees, etc.) may be assessed by RCCC and will be posted to students' WebAdvisor accounts at the start of each semester. Please note that CMHS is not responsible for fees posted on your account. If you have a question about a fee, please contact the college directly. Expectations and policies are part of the CMHS User Agreement students agree upon during the application process.
Students are 100% responsible for checking their RCCC account for fees and for making these payments. Students should check their accounts on a regular basis throughout the semester. If you have any questions about fees on your account, please contact the college directly. Students may be eligible for a $50 reimbursement for textbooks or e-texts. See Reimbursement details below.
If students do not pay their fees in their RCCC WebAdvisor account, a Business Office Hold with RCCC will be placed on your account, and you will NOT be able to register for future classes or request transcripts.
See steps below for how to access your WebAdvisor account and check for fees, make payments, etc.
Questions related to a textbook or a fee? CMHS cannot access any information on this, so reach out to RCCC with any questions.

Many CCP courses require textbooks ore-texts. CCS may have books available to students to check out or you may be reimbursed up to $50. Many courses provide a free E-text already downloaded into your account for the course, so you may not need the actual textbook. Please research materials needed by logging into your RCCC Webadvisor Student Account and on Blackboard (course syllabus or course materials), the RCCC Online Bookstore, and checking with the professor directly. If the e-text is not available and you need the textbook or etext access, you may request reimbursement up to $50 by following these steps:
Identify the book needed after you access your course.
Research the cheapest website to purchase materials.
Purchase & Save receipt or payment confirmation.
Your receipt must include: Name, Book, Date of purchase, Amount, and payment confirmation.
Submit the Reimbursement form below and upload a copy of the receipt.
Reimbursements will be processed at the end of each semester only if a proper receipt is provided.
